Selected as a recipient of the Santander Global W50 Scholarship, I will be attending a leadership course at the London School of Economics in June 2025. This esteemed global scholarship was awarded to a selected C-level group of women from Uruguay, reflecting a commitment to developing female leadership.
Relaunch of the ‘Mujeres IT’ Mentoring Program

The Mujeres IT mentorship program has been relaunched, building on its successful 2024 iteration which connected over 35 women mentors with more than 50 mentees across diverse technology areas. The 2025 program will further enhance its impact by integrating mentors from other technology communities within Uruguay and internationally, fostering wider collaboration.
