My work sits at the intersection of strategy and craft: framing the right business problem, translating it into product experiences, and shipping with measurable outcomes, activation, retention, time-to-value, the lines on the dashboard that fund the next bet.
Beyond the product, I founded Mujeres IT in 2018, a community of 1,600+ women in tech across the globe. It earned me a Santander W50 recognition as a Top 50 Global Female Leader, but more importantly, it built the network that now mentors the next generation.
